Why must children stay locked in the cars?

Hi,

I was very upset when I heard that children travelling the ferry between Cherbourg (France) and Rosslare (Ireland) must stay locked in the cars on car deck. I'm sure you have your reasons, but we can't accept this. My family had really been looking forward for this summer trip, but now when we have found out about your "kids policy" we want to cancel our booking and get a refund.

Regards,
Tim Fredriksson with family (including children)

Good Afternoon

There is some confusion here. This is certainly not our policy.

Children travel with their parents in a cabin or seats what ever they choose.

If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me again.
